Desired Experience Range Minimum 5-7 years in the Telemarketing field (preferably in chit funds or financial institutions).
Location of Requirement Bangalore, Karnataka.

Must-Have

Ability to develop and implement telemarketing strategies and campaigns to generate

leads, increase sales, and meet monthly targets.

Oversee a team of telemarketers, provide guidance/training to the team as and when required, and ensure team performance to a maximum standard.

Monitor and evaluate telemarketing calls to maintain quality of calls and provide feedback to

improve performance.

Create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment that encourages team

collaboration and individual growth.

Conduct regular sales meetings to review progress, share best practices, and provide training on new products or promotions.

Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with marketing and sales team to align telemarketing efforts with overall business

objectives and strategies.

Tracked and reported on telemarketing performance and presented findings to senior management.

Recording sales call details and meeting minutes for future reference.

Maintaining an updated record of all important customer information in the database.

Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations,, and company policies during telemarketing activities. Ensure the achievement of the team's monthly and quarterly targets.

Prepare and present regular reports on the Team's performance and sales targets.

Any other roles/ responsibilities as deemed fit by NCF Management.
