Desired Experience Range: Minimum 0-3 years experience in Tele-calling.
Location of Requirement: Bangalore, Karnataka.

We endeavor to offer complimentary Chit Services to meet the unique financing requirements of our customers – both on the Savings & Borrowing front.

Must-Have

• Knowing complete details of schemes and scheme benefits & addressing queries.

• Making calls to potential customers from the customer database shared by the Company.

• Submitting daily call reports along with customer feedback to the Manager.

• Customer database to be maintained and updated regularly

• Keeping records of all the sales calls and notes of useful information.

• Generating leads and sharing with the Business Development team for sales closing Building customer relationships by connecting with them and understanding their requirements.

• Taking feedback / Suggestions from customers All suggestions & feedback received from customers to be routed to higher management promptly for their discussion and solutions.

• Follow up with higher management for solutions and share with customers without any delays Building customer trust through transparency.

• Promote new schemes to customers and get enrolled in schemes Customer payment status will be shared on Daily/Weekly/Monthly basis from accounts team for payment follow-ups.

• Connect with customers and request timely payments.

• Explain to customers politely the late payment charges and other legal penalties levied for late payments made.

• Keep track of all follow-up calls made to customers toward payment recovery and the response received.

• Pass on the response to the accounts team for their records and for further follow-ups Any other roles/ responsibilities as deemed fit by NCF Management.

• Proven ability to meet targets.

• Local language is a must.
