Desired Experience Range: 5-7 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in financial services or chit funds).
Location of Requirement: Bangalore, Karnataka.

Must-Have

Proven track record in sales or customer service roles preferably in the financial or banking sector.

Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieve sales targets.

Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.

Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Develop and implement innovative marketing and sales strategies.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve client queries promptly.

Forecast sales, develop out-of-the-box sales strategies/models, and evaluate their effectiveness.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns to generate leads.

Attend meetings, sales events, and training to keep abreast of the latest developments.

Report and provide feedback to Management using financial statistical data. Maintain and expand client database.

Support the accounts team for on-time chit-payment collections from customers.

Recruit, train, and mentor sales executives and agents.

Motivate and monitor the performance of the sales team.

Conduct regular training sessions on sales techniques and product knowledge.

Ensure adherence to chit-fund regulatory policies and company guidelines.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.

Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operational processes.

Any other roles/ responsibilities as deemed fit by NCF Management.

Excellent communication skills in English and local language.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities to close deals effectively.

Knowledge of chit-fund regulations and financial products is a plus.
